The Nyreth demo program code has been retired due to today's release of Nyreth v1.0, at nyreth.ai.
The github repository will otherwise remain as a standing record.
It is exactly a year to the day, since Nyreth was officially born, and I'm pleased to present version 1, a
machine readable and human comprehensible system, where emotional/cognitive meaning can be identified in text,
and translated into an AI compatible form, all in a fully explainable and deterministic way.
My custom Nyr tiles allow for text to be converted into compact, machine readable artifacts, where the emotional and cognitive meaning is rendered into a form that aids machine comprehension.
The Nyreth viewer allows users to read .nyr tiles and their embedded metadata and the Nyreth Browser lets you create them. This system can be used for things like sentiment analysis, training AI agents and compact transmission of ideas.

Nyreth is a recursive symbolic cognition system for AI that models meaning, resonance, metaphor,
and philosophical themes. It uses symbolic architecture and recursive processing to generate deterministic and explainable results
that can augment current AI approaches.
On 26 April 2025, the first public release of my prototype, a demo, was issued. This world first model contains a pseudoLLM module
that simulates interaction with a real LLM, along with some examples of the kinds of queries that might be referred to Nyreth for advanced symbolic processing.
The reasoning pathway for each query can be visualised via the gui and a directional trace
is overlaid, that illustrates the system's symbolic logic.
The underlying philosophy is that Nyreth is built not only for symbolic recognition but for recursive
insight, semantic resonance and cognitive evolution. The demo release is a step towards building dynamic symbolic substrates that can amplify
AI's interpretive depth far beyond current models.
Researchers, developers and thinkers are encouraged to participate in the evolution of Nyreth. This symbolic
language for AI cognition can play a role in shaping the future of intelligence.
